Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure .NET applications.
  • Build and enhance enterprise solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and modern frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Drive unit testing, integration testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and lead adoption of modern tools and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of professional experience in .NET application development.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Web API development.
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with front-end integration using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based application deployment is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
